Subject to the journal editor’s final authorization, a dedicated section in an issue of the international journal of Estuarine, Coastal and Shelf Science (ECSS) will be published to document the workshop publications. It should be noted that the acceptance rate in ECSS is normally low (20%). However, the acceptance of papers for this dedicated issue will be about 50% because authors have been selected a priori for the workshop presentation. Further details will be discussed on the last day of the workshop.
